Miroslav's passion for outdoor recreation began in his childhood
hiking the trails around Mariánské Lázně with his grandfather.
That early experience stuck with him — it shaped everything he'd
do professionally. After earning his degree in Tourism and
Leisure Management from Charles University in Prague, he spent
five years as a trail guide and park ranger for Krkonošský
National Park, where he developed deep expertise in adapting
landscapes for different mobility levels.
In 2012, he joined the Karlovy Vary Regional Development Agency
as a leisure planning consultant. What started as a
straightforward job became a calling. He surveyed over 3,000
older adults to identify safety and accessibility gaps in the
region's most popular parks. His research led to the complete
redesign of 12 major trails in Karlovy Vary's spa district —
improved signage, better rest areas, medical emergency access
points. Real changes that made a tangible difference.
Today, he's one of Central Europe's leading experts in
age-inclusive park design. At wyowonders s.r.o., he combines
research-backed insights with years of fieldwork to create
trustworthy guides for active seniors exploring Bohemian parks
and spa regions. He doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all
solutions. Every trail, every route, every recommendation is
grounded in actual user feedback and professional experience.
